The Layered Lab was born in 2025 from a simple idea: turning ideas into something you can actually hold.

I started The Layered Lab after seeing a need for a place where custom design, 3D printing, and creativity could come together. Whether it was creating a prototype part, designing a custom solution for a specific need, or making unique baseball swag for teams and players, I wanted to build something that could take an idea from concept to finished product.

What started with 3D printing has grown into much more. Today, The Layered Lab combines 3D printing, custom CAD design, prototyping, and personalized products to create things that are functional, creative, and built around the customer.

I'm especially passionate about working with sports teams and families to create custom baseball swag, team accessories, player gear, and one-of-a-kind pieces that you won't find sitting on a store shelf.

At the heart of The Layered Lab is a simple belief: if you can imagine it, we can work toward making it real.
